This portrait is entirely hand-drawn using coloured pencils and ink pen on A2 200 g/m2 paper. It is a tribute to the character of “The Dude,” portrayed by Jeff Bridges in the Coen Brothers’ cult movie “The Big Lebowski”.
I chose to depict a significant moment of the character ‘The Dude’ from the movie ‘The Big Lebowski.’ The desire behind this choice was to pay tribute to one of the most iconic characters in cinematic history, aiming to capture the expression of calm and tranquility that distinguishes him.
I paid particular attention to reproducing his famous sweater, a distinctive element of the character and his cinematic image.
