Sotto le Torri depicts the Asinelli Tower and the Garisenda Tower, two symbols of the city of Bologna.

In this work, I was interested in representing everyday life moving through the city center. The figures in the scene create an ordinary moment, made of people moving, stopping, and continuing their day beneath architectures that have stood for centuries.

Among my urban views, this is one of the most elaborate works, both for its perspective construction and for the number of elements in the scene.
