A-criticArt was born in 1989. He grew up in Basilicata and moved to Florence, where he currently lives and works He graduated with a degree in Clinical Psychology from Università degli Studi di Firenze. His interest in communication and facial expressions has influenced the choice of his degree course and has inspired his artworks. He never had any formal art training, but he has always dedicated himself to the creation of portraits and cityscapes. His subjects were above all inspired by cinema, music and sports icons. His artistic research has led him to experiment with other forms of portraits, which include representation of mental disorders and face decomposition. His artworks are made with a mixed media technique (coloured pencils and ink pen on paper).
