Payment

Payment is required prior to commencing the actual work; however, you have the option to split the cost into multiple installments, including monthly payments, to better adapt the process to your needs.

In the event of splitting the expenses, payment follows this structure:

1. The initial payment, which is non-refundable, accounts for 20% of the total and secures the reservation for the period during which the artwork will be created.
2. The second payment, amounting to 40% of the total, is due at the onset of the project.
3. Lastly, the remaining 40% balance must be settled before the artwork is shipped.

To make the payment, you can choose between bank transfer and PayPal.

Custom Artwork Creation

Once the payment is received, I will begin creating your custom artwork. If necessary, I will send you a draft for your review to ensure it aligns with your desires. Once the artwork is finalized, you’ll receive photos for final approval, and I will make any changes and adjustments within reason.

The artwork will be accompanied by a certificate of authenticity.

Shipping

If you’re in Italy, you’ll receive your artwork directly at your doorstep within 1-2 business days (2-3 days for other EU countries), and shipping is free of charge.

For those residing outside the European Union, delivery takes approximately 30 days due to necessary documentation procedures at the Export Office.

Shipping rates to international destinations may vary based on the country of delivery.

To ensure secure and punctual delivery, your artwork will be handled by a specialized courier. I’ll provide you with a tracking number so you can monitor the shipment’s status in real-time.
